Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.
General Provisions
1 Introduction & Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the li444 platform and all of its services. By registering on li444, using your account, or accessing the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
li444 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published indicates acceptance of those changes.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the li444 platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. By registering, the user confirms that they are legally eligible to use this service. li444 may request identity documents or proof of age for verification purposes at any time.
Important: For users aged 21 and above only. Registering or managing an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
3 Account Registration & Personal Information
Each user may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.
- Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with any third party.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify li444 support immediately.
- Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
Financial Terms
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
The mobile financial services currently supported for transactions on li444 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each of these three methods is ৳100.
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawal requests are processed after verification; additional checks may be required for security purposes.
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
New members on li444 will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.
Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — giving a total balance of ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is: ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount).
Conditions for receiving a bonus:
- Each bonus offer can be used only once and applies to one eligible account.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
- li444 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts in cases of fraudulent bonus use.
- Each promotional offer may have a specific validity period and conditions, which will be stated in the offer details.
6 VIP Program
li444's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active use. li444 reserves the right to change the conditions of VIP benefits at any time, and users will be notified before changes take effect.
User Code of Conduct
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the li444 platform:
- Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent or dishonest means.
- Accessing the platform via automated bots, scripts, or software.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Manipulating or fixing the system through collusion.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Managing an account on behalf of a minor.
- Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
If such activities are identified, li444 may close the account and forfeit the balance without notice.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the li444 platform — logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and other materials — is protected as intellectual property of li444 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes.

10 Anti-Fraud & Fair Play

Other Legal Provisions
11 Service Suspension & Account Closure
li444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- If a breach of these Terms is established.
- If fraud or manipulation is suspected.
- At the user's own request (voluntary closure).
- If self-exclusion is activated under the responsible gaming policy.
- Due to legal or regulatory requirements.
Upon account closure, any active bonuses will be cancelled, and only the user's own deposited (real) funds will be returned subject to applicable conditions.
12 Limitation of Liability
li444 will not be liable for any loss arising from the following:
- Technical failures, server outages, or internet connection disruptions.
- Issues caused by third-party software or services.
- Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
- Use of the platform despite online gaming being illegal in the user's jurisdiction.
li444 reserves the right to correct any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error at any time.
13 Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, li444 determines the method of dispute resolution within its own jurisdiction. li444's decision on any matter relating to the interpretation and application of these Terms shall be considered final.
14 Applicable Law
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Users are solely responsible for complying with local laws regarding online gaming in their own jurisdiction. li444 does not guarantee that this platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Users are responsible for being aware of and complying with the legal requirements of their own country.
15 Changes to the Terms
li444 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be provided through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest Terms will always be available on this page.
